ACC Ford Transit Vinyl Flooring

Passenger Area Means the Cab End of the Van

Most Transit flooring on the market is cargo equipment: plywood load floors for shelving, cargo liners molded to the ribs behind the front seats, tie-down kits. These ACC sets cover the opposite end. Passenger area is the cab floor under the driver and front passengers, the part of the van that takes boot mud, sawdust and spilled coffee daily, and the only area the four listings on this page cover. If the cargo floor is your problem, this is the wrong category.

Four Badges, One Passenger Area

The split here is by the badge on the door, and every set is a 3-piece molded vinyl floor for 2015-2018 vans:

Transit-150: 2015-2018 passenger area, 3 piece

Transit-250: 2015-2018 passenger area, 3 piece

Transit-350: 2015-2018 passenger area, 3 piece

Transit-350 HD: 2015-2018 passenger area, 3 piece

The 150, 250, 350 and 350 HD are payload classes, separated by springs, axles and weight ratings rather than by cab shape. Notice what no listing asks for: wheelbase and roof height. The passenger area sits in the cab section every Transit shares, so a short or long wheelbase, low roof or high roof, takes the floor made for its badge. Order by badge and year range.

Built for Vans That Work for a Living

Ford wrote vinyl floor covering into the Transit order guides as the commercial option, the spec for fleets that planned to sweep the van out at the end of the day. Working Transit owners describe the same math: a rubberized floor turns mud, sawdust and coffee spills into a five minute cleanup instead of a shampoo job. These sets serve passenger wagons and shuttles with worn or carpeted front floors, trades vans, and camper conversions wanting a cab floor that wipes clean before the living space starts.

Not the Transit Connect

One exclusion is worth stating plainly: nothing here fits the Transit Connect. The Connect is a smaller van on a different floor, and accessory makers call that exclusion out by name on their Transit listings. Full-size Transit only. The three pieces install one section at a time with the seats out; let the vinyl relax somewhere warm first, test fit each piece, and mark every opening before cutting anything.

Shop related: All Ford vinyl flooring · Ford sound deadening and insulation

2015-2018 Ford Transit-150 Pass Area Vinyl Molded Flooring - 3 Piece

Bring back a factory-fresh passenger area in your 2015-2018 Ford Transit-150

Proudly made in the USA by Auto Custom Carpets. No one manufactures more automotive flooring than ACC, and this passenger area vinyl flooring for the 2015-2018 Ford Transit-150 is supplied in ACC's #16 Black Vinyl.
