Collection: ACC Chevrolet C10 Replacement Carpet Kits

Choose your vehicle application, then compare materials, coverage and options on each listing.

Replacement molded carpet kits for 1960-1986 Chevrolet C10 regular cab trucks, all one-piece and two-wheel drive. Choose by shifter location first, then tunnel height and the in-cab gas tank question on 1967-1972 trucks, with loop through 1973 and cutpile from 1974.

Every kit here is a one-piece molded carpet set for a regular cab, two-wheel drive C10, running from 1960 through 1986. That single format hides real variation: ACC molds a different floor for each shifter location, tunnel height and fuel tank layout. The right kit comes from three questions about the truck in the driveway: where the shifter sits, how tall the tunnel is, and whether the gas tank still lives in the cab.

Start with the shifter

Each year range splits into a 4-speed floor shift version and column shift versions for the automatic and 3-speed trucks, because the carpet is molded around the shifter opening and tunnel profile. A floor shift truck needs carpet shaped for the raised hump its shifter passes through, while a column shift floor is unbroken. Swapped transmissions are common, so order for the shifter the truck has today, not the one on its original build sheet.

The 1967-1972 tunnel and tank questions

Two more questions apply to 1967-1972. The first is tunnel height. The tall, bolted-in high hump came stock on big block and 4-speed two-wheel drives, while six-cylinder and small block trucks with a 3-speed or automatic used the low hump formed into the floor. ACC lists the automatic 400 kits in standard and Hi Tunnel versions, so check the tunnel before choosing. The second is the fuel tank: the factory tank sat inside the cab behind the seat, and these kits are listed with or without it. Many trucks have since had the tank relocated under the bed, which changes which carpet fits the rear of the cab.

Loop gives way to cutpile

Material follows the calendar. The 1960-1966 and 1967-1972 kits are loop, and 1973 is the last loop year in the square body range. Loop is 100% 6.6 nylon, the original material in vehicles built before 1974. From 1974 onward every kit here is cutpile, grouped as 1974 only, 1975-1980 and 1981-1986, still split by shifter.

Molded to the floor pan contours, the carpet still needs trimming at the edges and openings. Keep the old carpet as a template, test fit before cutting, and check the listing for the included heel pad and padding, plus optional mass backing, roughly 45 mil of EVA for sound and heat control.
