Collection: ACC Vinyl Flooring

Choose your vehicle application, then compare materials, coverage and options on each listing.

Shop molded vinyl flooring by the job it has to do. This hub covers passenger area, cargo area and complete sets for Ford, Chevrolet, GMC, Jeep and Cadillac trucks and vans, each molded for one exact cab, drivetrain and coverage combination.

Most buyers land here because carpet lost. Work trucks, vans and trail rigs ask a floor to shrug off mud, salt and wet boots, and molded vinyl wipes clean instead of trapping all of it in the pile. Every set here is molded for a specific vehicle, so the real work is coverage and application, not a color.

Start with coverage, not the vehicle

These floors come in three coverage levels. Passenger area sets cover the cab floor where people sit; they are the one-piece listings that dominate the Ford E-Series range. Cargo area sets cover the load floor behind the seats, listed as three-piece sets for regular E-350 Super Duty vans. Complete sets combine both zones, typically four pieces, and split again by regular or extended van body. Match coverage to the worn area: a passenger area set will not renew a cargo floor.

Decode the title before you order

The listing title is the fitment chart. Cab style comes first, since regular, extended and crew cabs differ in floor length; crew-cab sets here include Ford F-350 and GMC Sierra HD applications. Drivetrain and transmission come next, since the transmission tunnel is molded into the floor. Older F-350 crew cabs split into two-wheel-drive diesel, two-wheel-drive four-speed and four-wheel-drive applications, while some Sierra listings group automatic and manual, two- and four-wheel-drive in one set. If your truck has had a drivetrain swap, order for the configuration installed today, and trust a grouping only when the listing states it.

Vinyl versus carpet, honestly

Vinyl wins on cleaning and durability. It does not trap odors, stains or allergens the way carpet pile does, and it shrugs off the moisture work boots track in. Carpet wins on quiet and insulation, since a vinyl floor alone passes more road noise into the cabin. Padding or sound deadening beneath the vinyl closes much of that gap, so check the backing on the product before calling the job finished.

Fit it before you cut it

Keep the old floor as a template, and repair leaks and floor pan rust first: moisture trapped under a non-breathable vinyl layer keeps eating the pan. Let the new floor relax, position it around the tunnel, seat mounts and sills, and trim only after it sits where it belongs.
