One Floor, Four Nameplates
Plymouth's midsize cars were built on one platform. Belvedere, Satellite, GTX and Road Runner share the same trunk floor, which is why restoration suppliers sell a single 1968 to 1969 B-body mat across all four nameplates. ACC lists the applications separately so you can order under your own model, but the 1968 to 1969 coupe mats for Belvedere, GTX and Road Runner come from that shared pattern. The 1970 cars carry the same logic forward with individual listings for Belvedere, GTX, Road Runner and Satellite.
Coupe and Convertible Are Different Mats
Where buyers get caught is the body style split. For 1968 and 1969, the convertible takes its own mat in Belvedere, GTX and Road Runner, because the folded top well changes the trunk layout. Order the coupe mat for a convertible and the fit around the well will be wrong. The Fury line shows the same care at full size: separate listings run from the 1962 mat through the 1963 Fury Sport and the 1969 to 1970 2-door convertible.
Barracuda: Fastback Is Its Own Shape
The A-body cars split three ways. Early 1964 to 1966 Barracuda mats come in loop or vinyl. The 1967 to 1969 cars divide into a fastback mat and a hardtop/convertible mat, since the fastback's folding rear seat and long glass change the cargo floor. A single 1970 to 1974 Barracuda vinyl mat then covers the E-body years. Valiant appears once, for 1969, and the winged 1970 Superbird has a dedicated listing rather than borrowing the Road Runner mat, a detail Superbird owners will appreciate.
About the Pattern on the Vinyl
Period Mopar trunk mats were patterned, not plain. The reproduction market sells the 1968 to 1969 B-body mat in tan plaid, gray plaid and houndstooth, and the 1970 mat in herringbone, because those are the patterns judges and longtime owners expect to see when the lid opens. When you order, treat the listing title as the specification: year range, model, body style and vinyl. Every mat here is one piece covering the trunk floor, so if your car needs side trim, boards or a spare tire cover, plan those separately and keep the original mat as a layout reference until the new one is fitted.
