Refund policy

Returns

Should you need to return a part for refund, exchange or credit, contact us within 30 days of the original ship date at rpidesignsc5@gmail.com or 888-257-8515 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and an RMA number written clearly on the outside of the box. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled and in new, resellable condition.

Return Shipping and Restocking Fee

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on all returns. Parts authorized for return on a non-exchange basis are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom made-to-order items are not returnable. This includes logo and embroidered floor mats, interior embroidered items and car covers.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, less any restocking fee, within 5 to 7 business days.

Damaged in Shipping

All shipping damage must be reported to us within 2 business days of the delivery date shown by tracking. After 2 business days, damage becomes the responsibility of the customer.
