Choose Mercury Trunk Mats and Carpet by Application

Mercury trunk coverings are separated by model, year and body layout. Cougar, Comet, Montclair and other Mercury applications are not interchangeable solely because the pattern looks similar.

Confirm what the package covers

Read the piece count and included sections on the individual product page. Trunk side panels, wheelhouses, spare-tire covers, trunk boards and passenger-area carpet are included only when the listing expressly identifies them. Material and pattern choices vary by application.

Prepare the trunk before installation

Keep the removed covering for reference, inspect for moisture and corrosion, and correct water entry before fitting the replacement. Trial-fit the material according to the supplied instructions before trimming or making openings. Preserve access to the spare tire and service points.
