Collection: ACC Plymouth GTX Trunk Mats & Carpet

Choose your vehicle application, then compare materials, coverage and options on each listing.

Replacement vinyl trunk mats for the 1967-1971 Plymouth GTX, each a one-piece mat cut for its year range. The 1968-1969 cars split by coupe and convertible, and pattern choice runs from four options on those years to a single pattern at each end of the run.

The GTX was Plymouth's top B-body from 1967 through 1971, and every mat in this collection is a one-piece vinyl replacement cut for a single year range. Five listings cover the full run of the standalone model. What changes from listing to listing is the body split and the pattern menu, so match those two things before anything else.

1968-1969: Coupe or Convertible Comes First

For 1968 and 1969, the GTX mat is not one part. The coupe and the convertible are listed separately, because the two bodies do not share the same trunk floor. Order the wrong one and the mat will not lay right around the floor contours and the convertible top well. These two listings also carry the widest pattern choice in the collection:

  • 01V Gray Plaid
  • 02V Gray Houndstooth
  • 03V Gray Herringbone
  • 06V Tan Plaid

Other sellers group the 1968-1969 GTX with the Belvedere, Road Runner, Satellite and Sport Satellite under one shared B-body mat. The cars do share a platform, which is why the cross-fit question comes up so often, but the listings here are broken out for the GTX applications themselves, coupe and convertible apart.

The Pattern Menu Narrows at Both Ends

The 1967 mat, from the GTX's first year, comes in Gray Plaid only. At the other end of the run the choice narrows again: the 1970 and 1971 mats are offered in Gray Herringbone only. That follows the pattern drift shown in period factory parts listings, where Plymouth B-body trunk mats were plaid for 1969 and herringbone for 1970. If your car still carries its original mat, compare its pattern before ordering, since a previous owner may have fitted whatever was on the shelf.

The Run Ends at 1971

There is no 1972 GTX mat here because the standalone model ended after 1971. For 1972 through 1974 the GTX name continued as an option package on the Road Runner, so owners of those cars should be looking at Road Runner applications rather than a GTX listing. Whichever year you have, the mat is a single piece of vinyl, so there is no matching set of side panels or spare covers to chase down separately in this collection.
