Collection: ACC Chevrolet Tahoe Replacement Carpet Kits

Choose your vehicle application, then compare materials, coverage and options on each listing.

Start with the doors: 1995-1999 Chevrolet Tahoe replacement carpet kits are molded separately for 2-door and 4-door trucks, then split again by rear heat vents. Shop cutpile kits in complete 2-piece and passenger area 1-piece coverage for OBS Tahoes through the 2014 models.

The First Question Is Not Color. It Is Heat Vents

On the 1995-1999 2-door Tahoe, the carpet split nobody expects is in the listing title: with heat vents or without. The moldings differ because the rear floor ductwork differs, and ACC sellers warn buyers to settle the vent question before ordering, not with a utility knife afterward. Check your truck's rear floor first. The 4-door trucks skip that split, but they are their own moldings, not a longer 2-door kit.

Complete 2-Piece or Passenger Area 1-Piece?

Every generation here offers the same coverage fork. Complete kits are 2-piece sets that carry carpet past the seats into the rear of the truck. Pass area kits are 1-piece and stop at the seating rows. If your cargo floor is stained or worn through, a pass area kit leaves the worst carpet in the truck untouched. The 2000 Tahoe Limited 4-door and the 2000-2006 4-door kits follow the same split.

2007 and Up: Your Second Row Decides the Kit

For 2007-2010 Tahoes, the deciding detail moves to the second row. Kits are built around either the 2nd row 60-40 seat mount cover or the bucket seat mount cover, and piece counts follow: 3-piece and 1-piece listings for the 60-40 trucks, 4-piece and 2-piece for bucket-seat trucks. A 2007-2014 4-door pass area kit covers later trucks that only need the seating area. Match the seat hardware in your truck, not just the year.

Standard Backing or Mass Backing?

All of these kits are cutpile, molded from the original floor pan; the backing is where the comfort is decided. Standard backing keeps the factory-style build. Mass backing adds a heavy layer that reduces road noise and heat transfer through the floor, recommended for trucks driven long distances. Note from OBS carpet sellers: mass back already insulates, so if you add separate sound deadener underneath, plan the total thickness to keep the fit tight.

Use the Old Carpet as the Template

Installation guides for molded carpet agree on the sequence: photograph the old carpet before removal, keep it to mark openings on the new kit, and trial-fit before trimming. Fix floor rust and water entry while the floor is bare. The new cutpile then goes in once, sitting like the carpet the truck was delivered with.
