Collection: ACC Plymouth Fury Replacement Carpet Kits

Choose your vehicle application, then compare materials, coverage and options on each listing.

Early-1960s Plymouth Fury carpet is a B-body search: this collection's 1962-1964 kits are two-piece molded loop carpet split by 4-speed and automatic, with Tuxedo versions alongside plain loop. Coverage then jumps to the full-size 1965-1973 cars, including Sport Fury and the 1970 Gran Coupe.

1962-1964: The B-Body Fury Years

Most Fury carpet searches start here, with the downsized 1962-1964 cars that Mopar builders know as early B-bodies. This collection lists those years in 2-door and 4-door form, each split by transmission: 4-speed kits and automatic kits, all 2-piece molded loop sets. The Sport Fury gets its own listings for 1963 and 1964, in automatic and, for 1964, 4-speed. Coverage actually opens one step earlier, with a 1959-1961 2-door hardtop bench seat loop kit for the finned full-size cars, so check which side of the 1962 downsizing your Fury sits on before anything else.

Tuxedo Is Not a Color, It Is a Material

The 1962-1964 kits come in a second material that confuses buyers: Tuxedo. Ranking sellers list colors like Aqua Tuxedo and Fawn Tuxedo, which makes Tuxedo sound like a shade. It is a construction. ACC starts with its standard loop carpet and twists a black olefin filament yarn into it, which adds depth to the color and gives the surface the two-tone character these early-sixties Mopar interiors had. ACC is the only manufacturer making it. If your Fury's original carpet has that salt-and-pepper depth, plain loop in the same color will look flat by comparison, so match the material before the color name.

1965-1973: Full-Size Again, One Kit Across Nine Years

For 1965 the Fury went back to a full-size car, and the collection covers 1965-1973 with loop molded kits listed for 2-door and 4-door together, plus a separate 4-speed version. That nine-year span is one floor, which makes ordering simpler than the early cars: year range, door count and transmission. The 1970 Gran Coupe, the pillared coupe variant, has its own listings in automatic and 4-speed, worth picking over the generic kit if that is your car.

Two-Piece Kits, Cut During Installation

Every Fury kit sampled here is a 2-piece set, front and rear sections molded to the floor pan. Molded does not mean ready to drop in: shifter, seat and dimmer switch holes are cut during installation using the old carpet as the guide, and trimming at the edges is expected. Order samples when the color is a judgment call, and order everything for the car at once, because dye lots vary enough to show between runs.
