Classic Civic carpet: 1975-1991

The 1975-1979 CVCC 2-door hatchback has a 2-piece passenger area kit for automatic or manual cars. For 1980-1983 hatchbacks, choose a complete 2-piece kit or a one-piece passenger area kit. The 1984-1987 years add the CRX, with complete and passenger area versions, plus a hatchback passenger area kit. 1988-1991 cars have hatchback passenger area and 4-door sedan floors.

1992-2005 Civic carpet: EG, EK, EM and ES

The 1992-1995 Civic has kits for the 2-door coupe, 4-door sedan, and hatchback (complete or passenger area). The 1993-1997 del Sol has its own one-piece floor. For 1996-2000, choose the coupe or sedan. For 2001-2005, ACC lists the coupe and a 4-door floor without heel pad, plus a 2002-2005 Civic Si hatchback passenger area kit.

2006-2026 Civic sedan carpet

Newer Civics are listed as 4-door sedan floors for 2006-2011, 2012-2015, 2016-2021 and 2022-2026. These are one-piece molded Cutpile kits.

Complete kit or passenger area?

On hatchbacks and the CRX, complete kits include the cargo area behind the seats, while passenger area kits cover the front and rear seating floor only. If your hatch area is already in good shape or you run a cargo mat, the passenger area kit may be all you need.

Install tips for Civic carpet

Civic interiors come apart easily. Remove the seats, center console, seat belt anchors and kick panel trim, then pull the old carpet out as one piece if you can. Save any foam or jute pads that are still in good shape. Clean the floor and check for any signs of water before the new carpet goes in. Let the new carpet warm up so the molded shape relaxes, then trim the openings for seat bolts and belts as you go.
