Collection: ACC Dodge Charger Trunk Mats & Carpet

Choose your vehicle application, then compare materials, coverage and options on each listing.

Six one-piece trunk mats cover every Charger generation, from the 1966-1967 fastback cars to the 1974 hardtop. The 1966-1967 cars get a loop or vinyl choice, 1971 appears under three listings, and the pattern printed on the vinyl changed by year, so match the mat to your car.

Every mat in this collection is a single die-cut piece, so the buying decision is never about coverage. It is about generation, one short-lived material choice, and one model year that shows up under three different listings.

1966-1967: the only loop-versus-vinyl choice

The first-generation Charger was a fastback, and it is the only Charger here offered in two materials. The loop mat matches the loop carpet era inside the cabin, while the vinyl mat is the printed, wipe-clean style most buyers picture in a Mopar trunk. Legendary Auto Interiors notes its 1966-1967 Charger mats as fastback fitments and sells the original style in a tan plaid print, which is why pattern belongs in the conversation even when you order the vinyl.

1968-1970: pick the pattern, not just the mat

Second-generation cars take vinyl only, in one 1968-1970 listing. What changes across those years is the printed pattern. Legendary splits this generation into a gray plaid mat covering 1968-1969 Charger, R/T, Charger 500, SE and Daytona, plus a houndstooth mat covering 1968-1970, and its technical notes tell buyers to specify the material pattern at the time of order. If you are restoring to judged standards, check a surviving original mat or the car's records before assuming one pattern covers all three years.

1971 appears three times

  • 1971 Charger Super Bee: its own listing. The Super Bee became a Charger model for 1971, and this collection keeps its mat separate from the standard car.
  • 1971-1973 Charger: the regular third-generation mat.
  • 1974 Charger: split out on its own, even though some sellers, Metro Moulded among them, lump 1971-1974 Charger and Coronet into a single mat.

If your car is a 1971, confirm the badge before ordering, because the Super Bee and standard Charger listings overlap that year.

Fitment follows the body generations, so an interchange listing that jumps across the 1970 to 1971 redesign should not be trusted. Whichever listing fits your car, pull the old mat and inspect the trunk floor first. Mats trap moisture against the floor for decades, and a fresh die-cut mat laid over rust or a rough repair wastes the one part of the trunk that judges and buyers actually lift up and look under.
