Collection: ACC Pontiac Catalina Floor Mats

Choose your vehicle application, then compare materials, coverage and options on each listing.

These Pontiac Catalina floor mats follow the car's own material history: loop sets from 1959 through 1973, including a one-year Tuxedo listing for 1960, then cutpile from 1974 to 1981. Every set is a die-cut four-piece with embroidered logo choices, patterned for one year range.

Loop Through 1973, Cutpile From 1974

This collection is organized by the material change the Catalina itself went through. The loop years run in four blocks: 1959-1960, 1961-1964, 1965-1970 and 1971-1973. Cutpile takes over for 1974-1976 and again for 1977-1981. That split is not a styling choice. Loop was the original material in these cars before about 1974 and cutpile after it, so a 1970 Catalina on cutpile mats looks as wrong to a Pontiac eye as a 1978 car on loop. Find your year block first, and the material question answers itself.

The One-Year Tuxedo: 1960 Only

Buried in the loop years is the listing collectors hunt for: a 1960 Pontiac Catalina Tuxedo set, offered for that single year alongside the regular 1959-1960 loop mats. Tuxedo is not a color. It starts as ACC's 80/20 loop carpet with a black olefin filament yarn twisted into it, which deepens the base color and gives the surface its shadowed, two-tone depth. ACC is the only maker of it, and it appears here for 1960 only, so choosing between the loop and Tuxedo listings is a genuine originality decision, not picking a shade.

Ventura and Safari: The Two Listings Most Catalogs Skip

Two Catalina variants get their own patterns. The 1966 Catalina Ventura, the upscale trim that sat inside the Catalina line, has a dedicated loop listing separate from the 1965-1970 set. At the other end of the range, the 1977-81 Catalina Safari 4DR wagon is listed apart from the 1977-1981 sedan and coupe cutpile set, because a wagon floor is its own shape. If your Catalina is a Ventura or a Safari, order from its listing rather than the year-range set that seems close.

Why These Are Not One Mat for Every Big Pontiac

The best-known reproduction mats for these cars are sold as one four-piece set spanning Catalina, Bonneville and Grand Prix at once. Every set here is instead die cut for a single Catalina year range, in the material that range calls for, with embroidered logo choices picked on the product page: carpet color, then logo, then thread color. All nine listings are four-piece sets covering both rows. Remove any old mats before fitting, never stack sets, and check pedal clearance before the first drive.
